Sandblasting is tentatively scheduled to resume on Monday, June 14th. Please expect mid-high level noise associated with this work. CoV has been working to ensure better containment of dust/debris to avoid any concerns below the bridge. This work will take place Monday to Fridayand Saturday/Sunday, as the weather allows.

Scaffolding/Monorail Removal and Traffic Management Plans
  1. CoV will continue working to remove the scaffolding on the bridge at the head of the Island, and will require that the current Traffic Management Plan at the entrance/exit be implemented again for only Monday, June 14th.
  2. They will also be working to remove scaffolding above Creekhouse, with an exclusion zone set up in the courtyard outside of The Sandbar's entrance from Wednesday to Friday.
  3. Finally, above the Creekhouse boardwalk, CoV will be working to remove the monorail hoist and will need to cordon off the boardwalk; access to businesses will be fully maintained and a spotter will be available to assist from Monday to Friday.
